Commonly Asked Questions

Do I need to utilize the Life Coaching or can I just do Hypnosis?

Our program is built around the combination of modalities. We do not offer sessions that are just Hypnosis. We use the Life Coaching in order to get to know our clients and make their Hypnosis as personalized as possible. There are no scripts used in our office, all sessions are tailor made to an individual’s specific needs.

Can I reschedule or skip sessions?

Sessions can be rescheduled as long as there is a 48 hour notice given, as per our cancellation policy which is located in the terms and conditions of the intake form. The program is meant to be done in consecutive weeks to ensure consistency and to maintain progress. We understand things happen and a week may need to be skipped, but all clients should keep in mind that the program is most effective when done weekly.

How do I know I can be Hypnotized?

It is our belief that anyone who is willing to be Hypnotized can be Hypnotized. Even if an individual is nervous about Hypnosis or has reservations, we have found that the willingness to try means they will be successful. Hypnosis is simply a guided meditation. We have not had a client yet that has been incapable of being Hypnotized. Feel free to express any concerns you may have during your discovery call, consult, or session and we will talk you through the process in depth.

How many sessions will I need?

The amount of sessions that someone needs is fully dependent on the amount of trauma they have experienced, how honest they are in sessions, and consistency of sessions. Barring those who qualify for a Single Session Smoking Cessation, our shortest program is 8 sessions. All clients will be told if we believe they will need more sessions as soon as we reach that conclusion. Transparency on both ends is very important in our office.

Have you worked with my diagnosis before/Are you trained to work with my diagnosis?

Because of the length of time we have been in business, we have seen a plethora of diagnoses. Even if we haven’t seen someone’s specific diagnosis, we have usually helped a past client with a similar situation. We do research on any new diagnoses we encounter and we also have consultations prior to starting sessions to make sure we believe (and the potential client believes) we are capable of helping them navigate their diagnosis.

Can I do both in-person and virtual sessions?

Yes! If the best way to keep someone consistently on our calendar is with a mix of the two, we are more than happy to do so! This will depend on whether or not the client is comfortable with virtual sessions, we understand some people prefer the in person experience. We encourage all clients to keep in mind that they are more than welcome to do all in-person, all virtual, or a mix of the two.
